Ed, get some of these, very cheap and very good! More life than sponges. Sharon recommended them to me once, always use them now.
It does not take on the epoxy like normal sponge.
Try one pack.

Yes - the sponge cloths work because they're cellulose. They don't clog like normal sponges.
