Hi peeps, So I've got this kitchen floor to price up, about 15m2 of natural stone going onto a nice flat screed also got to fit the UFH matts

I've not done a great deal of UFH work so I'll need some advice on this 1

Can i fit the UFH direct onto the screed or do i use ditramat? or backerboards? What do you think is the best method?

Also the customer has asked me about 'non-slip' sealer?? does such a thing exsist? I never heard of it

Any advice much appriciated! Cheers guys:8:

ok cool, so we're talking insulation boards fixed to the screed with adhesive? then the heating matts, then some SLC to cover the matts, then ready for tiling?

can any1 recomend me good boards to use?

thanks guys

looks like a good site, i think i'll give them a bell.

wot about this 'non-slip' sealer? anyone heard of it before?

Natural stone needs to be sealed anyway, I would advise against using another type that says its non slip, mixing sealers is not recommended.
