Perhaps a new section for members of the forum who are interested in plumbing.
Is it because we are so nice here in the Tilers forum that we read these threads that suddenly diverge onto other topics without comment!

I put fixed head arm outlet 3 inches from ceiling, last day of job putting shower together realised the arm had a 4 inch drop .

Hole cut in ceiling, filled and painted after got me over that one.

So that’s someone else’s problem when it’s time to renew.
