Had Tiler tile my bathroom and got him to use Jasmine grout, problem is the g rout is White in parts. Tge grouting was done approx 24hours ago so wondering if it will even out in time? If not do you think it fair to get him back to regrout?Cheers

Hi and welcome...could still be drying out, I'd give it a couple more days...if it's still the same give your tiler a call..

Jasmine is usually quite dark when it is first applied i.e when wet and does get considerably lighter as it dries. Give it another day or so and see what happens, it may still be curing if it is cold or the tiles and substrate are not porous.

Oops, was it ultracolour or keracolour jasmin?
It has to be mixed thoroughly, and let sit and remixed.
Superb grout too.
Welcome along Kieron.

Thanks so much for replies, bit concerned that it looks so patchy, lots of parts that were. Jasmine have turned White. read that too much water when Tiler cleaned up could cause tiles to discolour? Gutted if it doesn't change as he made a fantastic job of the tiling, guess I will have to get him back though if not happy

Could be caused by over-wetting of the grout while wiping down. Give it another day then take it from there.....

as hillhead said needs to be mixed thoroughly with a mechanical mixer left to settle then remix then apply
mapei do provide mixing sheets in certain stores as there have been problems in the past with incorrect mixing bear in mind how many dyes are involved to create the colours mapei offer so mixing is key

Is there a way to restore the colour rather than regrouting? The grout has not been sealed, read that sealing it may restore?

You can restore the grout, but you really shouldn't have to, mapei grouts are excellent but mixing them right is essential.
