my little contractor plus wet saw i use for small jobs give up today on the job and i didnt want to get the dewalt out in a confined space so had to go by new one quickly went to b&q would have prefered to order one form tradetiler but couldnt wait. bought the macallister 750watt wet saw £75 with 15% discount came to £63 the blade that comes with it is ok but i changed for a better quality one. I was not exspecting much to be honest but was really surprised i switched it on and had to check to see if the blade was going the motor is so quiet it cut very well and has a sliding table exstention for larger tiles and angles for 22 and 45 degrees much the same as the virtex but i found it a lot better and cheaper too good for anyone on a budget or just starting out im well pleased !

I had a look at them as a replacement for my plasplugs which is years old

I thought the fittings didnt look too strong, what are they like?

and before you say it, no I cant use the guide on the plasplugs as it gave out years ago, what a hopeless way of fixing a guide

The fittings are a bit on the flimsy side but when it's all your budget goes to you just put up with it

IMO it's better than I thought it would be when I bought it and it has lasted me since Oct last year
