Can anyone help?

I am applying large format porcelain tiles to a wall using white powder adhesive. Can anyone tell me what size trowel I should be using to get a suitable bed thickness?

Re: PJ

You need a good thick layer, there are large format trowels available for this type of job. See tradetiler.com for a couple of options. As they are on the wall though you may get away with a thick-bed trowels that's usually used for floors.

Hope this isn't too late, I've been out of the office for a while. :)

You also need to make sure that the tiles are not too heavy for the wall. The standard is 20kg per m/s on plastered walls.
