Fed up of being deprived of power by others on site by everyone hooking up to the same transformers with splitters, so........



Now I can plug my table direct in to my own 32A supply. 😀

I’ve never seen a 3 gang transformer before.

It has 2 x 16A outlets and 1 x 32A Lee, and a bloody price tag to match! Haha

My dust extractor requires a 32A supply mate.

So this is a 5KW transformer with a 13A BS1363 plug (or is it plugless?)? I assume your dust extractor isn't more than 3.1kW (~27A 110)?

It is plugged yes.

Bought a fugi Silicon sealing toolkit today. Never heard of fugi till I joined here!

Its a lovely bit of kit, I also have the nonsense profilers from screwfix that I cut down to get in between tight taps.

It just getting the 240v to your transformer now!! You’ll need a long extension on some site and they don’t allow 240v now!

No, I do realise that John, but on sites like that, it’s not often others use the 32A outlets, so it’s generally ok anyway 🙂
