It’s a normal bad tiling job. If you can’t line tiles up- don’t tile for a living. Drill a neat hole for the radiator feed pipes(correct valves would help) try to keep the tile gaps even everywhere and keep the tiles flat, horizontal and vertical. If the wall is bad then sort this out before you start to tile. Or talk to the customer. The pictures show an appalling lack of knowledge and skill in many areas.

Sorry what I mean is I’m not happy with the finish (my bathroom) but the tiler/company are satisfied they’ve done a good job!
Ah I see. Well tbh it looks rough

It is a bad job !! Hopefully you didn't pay for it ?? But like I see so much on here ! Why was radiator on the wall ? Why is there 2 inch gap at top where obviously walls have been taken down and not replaced with anywhere same thickness as was there ? Why have you got into a situation where you are tiling a room and then having to try sort out the ceiling ? Tiler should hopefully made you aware ! Of problems before hand , but really anyone with any sense must have seen problems coming ?
