Its ok if theres any damage they can pay you again to put it right again I get sick of other trades sometimes they dont care but if you touch there work its different.

thats ace

job im on at the mo,the bloke of the house has got the self adhesive carpet protector,and covered the entire downstairs ashfelt floors with it,so we don't get any plaster on it while we plaster the house,he wants it kept spotless and kept looking new

It's great on carpet, but can leave residue if you leave it on for too long, be wary of that stuff, the hard floor version is better.

aye,this stuff says 2 weeks then rip up,wouldent put it on tiles,im not that daft,well i am,but not that way ;)

I would have went ballistic and probably have wiped the floor with their faces. That just shows a total lack of respect for another tradesman's work.....

When i do a floor and there are going to be other trades there after me i always build into my price to allow for corex sheet which ilay before i leave keeps everyone happy

That Doddy is exactly what i was discussing with a customer the other day, very good idea.
