I'm Looking For This Tile I Am Looking For The Name Of These Tiles Please - Tile Advice

I know this is a long shot, considering the tiles must be several decades old by now. But I was wondering if anyone knows the name of them. If I can at least get the name then I can try and track some old ones down, although I know that is an even longer shot.

They measure 250mm x 200mm.
