how quick can u lay wall and floor tiles per meter/2 ? how much is the rate for meter/2? i am going on north east tiling course on march and am thinking of starting up for myself any tips?😕

you shouldnt really worry about how quick you can be its more quality you need to produce i.e if you have to bed out not one tile but then the surrounding area to hide ***** walls you can be there allday,as for speed ive recently finished a 180 propertys at 1 house per day about 13 mtrs in all,grouted at £24 sheets a mtr 😎

anybody can do council refurbs,the main problem is keeping to the program.
to make your money you have got to stay ahead at all times coz if you dont the penalise you and then you lose money,fortunately ive got my younger brother tiling now,he wanted to do a course but im trying to get him signed off on site at the mo

Wouldn't you recommend him going on a short course to start him off like? Some can even help with the on-site side of things too these days, and even some I think can do that part of the course in the centre, or that's the way it sounded when it was explained to me.

It aint that bad ya' know!

my brother has been with me for almost 2 years now and hes learnt quite a lot as i say he can do a house on his own no probs,weve come across some right walls here admin ive got some photos for you regarding bedding out and such ,and what happens when you tile onto loose plaster,obviously the lot falls off!!!
