Help Please ....Unmovable grout residue.

Have just moved into my new home ,beautiful Italian Platinum pure check metallic 600 x 600 tiles (grout Ardex Flex FS grey) fitted in the bathroom that have now turned from black to a strange dusty grey/white patchwork effect.Have tried EVERYTHING to clean ..Lithofin Cement residue remover,Lithofin Intensive cleaner,Lithofin Wax off...all to NO effect,tiles still have white speckles .At my wits end with this as these are very expensive tiles (6 weeks old !!), does anyone know of anything that may help ?

what biscuit are those tiles...?

I have it on good authority you should never use acid wash with metallic tiles even metallic glazed porcelain as the acid discolours them

Gary....looks also like patching through the biscuit from adhesive don't you think..?

Haven't seen those tiles before..just wondered what biscuit they were.

I'd get in touch with aqua mix some of there cleaning products are very good
