First Victorian floor

The grout was Ardex FS Light Grey.

I puzzled over the border for quite a while for the corners, first instinct was to mitre it but it would have looked messy with the triangles so this was the best way I could think of to do it. How would you have done it mate?

hard to say russ whenever i do anything like this i tend to do a diagram and try to work out the maths to get the border to work around

The victorians sure did have class. And re created beautifully by you. love this sort of work; would never get tired of it so rewarding end product.
what size are the grout lines?

nice floor, i have done a couple and the corners are always difficult to work out. lots of time spent but worth it.
