How thick will the finished tile adhesive be for floor tiles, and what size notch trowel should i use(10mm?).

At least 10mm notch.also backbutter the tile.I would allow 4-5 mm👍

It will say on the adhesive bag that you are using !and spread some adhesive across backs of tiles as well , most adhesives are not great over 10 mm thick
