Changing the disc on a Rubi ND200

After a bit of advice, I have a Rubi ND 200 and I am trying to change the cutting disc. Seems simple enough just undo the centre bolt, but no matter what i try the centre bolt won't budge as the whole spindle is just truning around. Any help greatly appreciated .

Is there anywhere you put a locking bar to stop it turning, just a thought!!

try a quick jolt to loosen it initialy as oposed to turning it slowly or you could use a pair of mole grips to grip the disk

Many thanks for the advice, after much blood, sweat and tears and after using mole grips, a hammer and a socket wrench, the cutting disc has been changed.
