A bit of help needed please.

A customer has sent me some pics of his kitchen. He is removing this unit and therefore wants to reroute the tile pattern. I have not seen this room in real life, but customer thinks the tiles are terracotta, and were laid approx. 15 years ago (before he bought house).

He is asking my about matching up the colours and re routing the pattern. If they are terracotta then won't they be pretty thick and need a lot of sealing? I ask because I have never tiled terracotta before. I'm quite happy to pass this job onto someone who lives near High Wycombe.........(that is if he is not still in his home made pub!!!)

They don't look like terracotta, look's more like quarries to me.
Heather brown, autumn blend are the field tiles but the rounded
corners on the border look like Wooliscroft versitile.I think

Thanks Albert, so the border tiles could be a different thickness to the field tiles? Do you think changing the path of the border will stick out like a sore thumb?

If i am right about which tiles have been used in the border
then they will be thinner than the field tiles.

But not as hideous as that spelling....
tbh Paul I don’t know if it was the damm phone doing it’s own thing or me simply spelling it wrong( which I’m very good at) but good spot all the same.
Were you an English teacher in a past life by any chance? 🙄
