Can someone answer my query?

Hi,

I am a relative newcomer to tiling and thought some pros on here could answer my queries - if you get a min please help!!

How to cut curves in porcelain is title of thread in Floor tiling section!

quickest way i know ,draw your curve onto tile then cut out with wet cutter ,3mm strips to your pencil mark then nock out with nips then nip whats left off
if thats any help

That's spot on..... make piano keys and snap them and nip to tidy 😀

Could of also scored the tile with a 10mm cutting wheel from the dry cutter, then scribe the angle and remove with nips. Then a simple cut or 2 on the wet saw depending on severity of curve and remove the pieces with nips. Simple yet effective.

hope u dunt mind me saying somthing but the way a got told was 2 scribe the curve with your 10mm then ru it in2 the wet cutter 2 minimise the curve hen snap the pieces off with the nippers!!!

I'd recognise that efficient technique anywhere.
I loved the course, it taught me a lot and hopefully will (in time) provide me a new career.

Yea a wrkd there bout 2month jus helping out. They are lovely n really good at what they do but I wanted 2 be out there tiling. I met some lovely people when I worked there and they do so well for them selfs and I want 2 do the same.

when i was there they was people that were trained coming back the week after for more tools n stuff because they had jobs booked! no doubt youll do just as well as them! darrens always happy 2 help aswell if u did eva need help aswell.
