A primer is a short single-stranded nucleic acid used by all living organisms in the initiation of DNA synthesis. DNA polymerase (responsible for DNA replication) enzymes are only capable of adding nucleotides to the 3’-end of an existing nucleic acid, requiring a primer be bound to the template before DNA polymerase can begin a complementary strand. Living organisms use solely RNA primers, while laboratory techniques in biochemistry and molecular biology that require in vitro DNA synthesis (such as DNA sequencing and polymerase chain reaction) usually use DNA primers, since they are more temperature stable.

sbr primer
just going to prime my concrete kitchen floor with ARC sbr bond before tiling. do i just put it on neat with a paint brush or do i have to water it down or mix it? thanks- niallfenelon

UFH primer

tiling over mdf with a pva primer

BAL APD Primer Alternative?
Hi All I am doing a small job for a lady who is trying to keep her renovation costs as low as possible. Screed master Epoxy primer for Anhydrite screeds.

Primer G peeling off wall!!!

removing bal acrylic primer
hey folks wonder if anyone can help. primed up to a 5 tile high line, then customer decided they only wanted 4 with a border so i have a strip of primer all way round the room and paint does not like it. any way of removing this, tried a sander but not great, thanks in advance D- saintdom

which primer?
I've mapei primer g for the gypsum walls before tiling,but what do i put on the underside of the ply flooring?.I have a bottle of primer that came with the warmup kit that i won't be using as the wire will be going on top of the tanking membrane, can i use this for the ply?.- 59peejay
