what's your favourite grout that you use whenever possible? For a long long time I've used grout 3000, always found it ok to use and it's versatile, but recently I've used palace that was supplied and it was a total dream to use! And today I've used bal micromax, and after I got over the fact it was bal, that was also nice to use and left a better finish imo than tilemaster grout. I feel a switch on the cards!

Ardurit c2 grey for floors (Victorian).
Grout 3000 for stone.
Bal wide joint for 4+ mm.
Sovereign white when required.

@jcrtiling - I wouldn't know how much it costs.

I've never bought it myself, but where I live there is a very long standing tile outlet that most people know and they sell bal so people end up with it. Have you tried using it you two?

Blunt Tool

I started having trouble with Mapei ucp grey 112 drying different shades and white 100 drying greyish and all colours very sandy finish and slides off grout float.Switched to BAL mm2 but drys too quickly and lot of wastage. Now using Weber projoint and no probs at all, nice to work with, smooth finish and drys nicely.
