We had a guy who used varieset religiously. He did maintenance for McDonalds. He bought the powder but never the liquid. It went off in minutes if the liquid wasn't used. He did the work during the day, in doorways with customers constantly going in and out with very little disruption caused. Apparently the normal Rapidset wasn't rapid enough. He also used Ardex GK grout with warm water. That also speeded up the setting time.

I've only used grey, anyone know if it comes in white? could be a real game changer if it does :)
