Ok, so I'll change my question: why do you make 12/14 mmm wheels with titanium coating as well? Don't the carbide ones last long enough as they are?

Yes they do last a long time. titanium ones are meant to last even longer. The 19mm max wheel is different though as it's set around bearings. What's the average life span of your wheel Pit-R.

Ok, my last chance.
I know the difference in construction of the wheels, and know what titanium coating is used for. Just don't know why Sigma offer such a choice between non-coated (long lasting) and coated (even longer lasting) wheels to people using 12 and 16 mm wheels, and don't do it to those using 19 mm top Max series ones.

What's the average life span of your wheel Pit-R.

It depends of course, but seems to me that it's longer than half a year. But I don't use sigmas. So asked about it wanting to have some comparison.
