I cant see that it matters which way as i trust you will be running a bead of Silicon down each internal corner so you wont know the difference.

You should try to leave an expansion gap to Silicon into so of the two the second IMO would be better as that will leave a good space for expansion. The first one may be too tight and if there is any movement it may damage the tiles.

Either way would be ok for me as long as you leave enough room for a flexable Silicon joint. I've done it both ways, second option can be a bit tricky if the corners aren't dead straight.

Are the walls dead plumb so as to allow you to finish with full tiles at both corners??

I would always end up with cut tiles at corners, whether its half a tile, 3/4 of a tile etc. As long as its not a sliver like.

That way you cut the first one 4 mil short of the wall, then the second ones meet these tiles and with the thickness of the tile and the addyt they should overlap the cuts, again though leave a small gap of around 2mil etc, then you will have a nice line and a good void behind for the Silicon to fill.

best way IMO and the way I always do it. Never leave a full tile at the corners in case the walls are shocking etc.

its down to which way you like the finish,if you want to butt one tile next to the other then id leave a small gap for movement....if you did it the secondcway then you need to make sure you dont leave to big a gap when cutting in...personal choice imo.
