Tiling a slope

Newbie tiler!

We live in an old house and the area we want to tile has a slope approx 45 degrees. Any suggestions how to prevent the tiles slipping or falling off wihout having to stand there holding onto them for ages.

fix a wooden baton at base of slope and tile upwards use spacers between tiles! use rapid set adhesive and when set remove baton and fit the bottom row !!

Don't forget to make sure it's level.

if you use a decent high grab glue you should be able to tile straight away

Hmmmm good question, unless it's me thats missing something, maybe a pic would be a good idea.

hmm ive yet to use a powdered advesive that doesnt slip!! anyone know of one ???

try your nearest tile shop bal would be a well sold one
