It will be the 20 mm of build up most likely in this case. What adhesive - specific - was used? - Although unfortunate and no doubt costly for those invloved, I am interested in the increasing need for best practice and 'new materials' (some not new at all)...or 'old practices' as time goes along; what was acceptable a few years back - and unofficially 'good practice' is all being found out.
And all this compounded by the new type of tile - large format etc, to then exercise tile minds as to what are the implications for fixng.
