Tile giant

hi guys went to a tile giant near my dads house on friday for some extra tiles to finish a recent job,also purchased 2 tubes of coloured Silicon, which i left on the counter,to put the tiles in the car,however a drove half way home and remembered a diddint pick the Silicon up,as my dad stays close to it i asked if he could pick them up for me this morning,they told him there was nothing left on the counter and there stock was correct,so dissapointed,any thoughts thanks!:yikes:

I'd have rung them straight away and told them to put them aside for collection.

This is why I use my local independent tile shop...... if I leave anything on the counter (which I have done several times) I would get a phone call saying so. They would bend over backwards to keep me and their other customers happy.

I did something similar at Longhorns, so I went back in and told them that I knew that I'd left a box of screws on the counter, they were sure I hadn't but gave me another box anyway Got to work and found the original box in a bucket I got at the same time😳
