Slate floor price?

Price for a 16m.sq floor in unfinished / uncalibrated slate - probably going to be a 4 tile pattern?

Need to lift existing tiles, level floor (solid) and seal. Price including all materials will be gratefully received as mine looks way too high at the moment!

Moneys not really a problem for the cm but doing work on 2 bathrooms for them already so don't want to overcharge! Ta very much. Chris

3 days + 5 bags adhesive, bag sand/cement, stone seal, sponges, wet saw,straight edge,tape,pencil,bucket trowel, paddle mixer,sweeping brush,squeegee...........:wave2:
