Can anyone recommend some fairly basic but decent suction cups ? I don't need to lift any 3m calcatta bookmatch or anything

The orange B&Q double cups are ok for a tenner Andy, I got a couple to lift a £7k shower screen in place and did the job fine.. Not great on mat textured tiles but lock onto polished well.

Good for moving and lifting Minerva and removing front panels from units.

I’ve got the triple metal type and have had them for a good 15 years.

Basic but work really well on tiles and heavy glass shower screens. Got mine from China.....where else

Not tried them on LVT........yet

if I may make a suggestion, I would avoid the suction cups
with black rubber.
on some rough tiles, they leave their mark.

I have these they are better than the cheap plastic ones but I have nothing else to compare them against .

I've heard tell that you should be looking at glazing suppliers for the best ones. The majority of the ones aimed at tiles are only good on a perfectly smooth glaze, any texture and they don't work well or at all.
