Had nearly every family holiday at Sandhills in Mudeford when I was a kid, and have taken my kids a few times too.
Bit posher now though, I think some of the lodges are around £200k.

Beach fishing off Branksome Chime every Friday night when I was at school in Bournemouth and wasn’t that amount of sand - but they did pump it off the sea bed years later!

Les Houches is low! Tops out at ~1900m and that view looks like village (~1000m) up. Chamonix is low too, only 1050 in resort and no home runs, a triumph of marketing over substance - close to tall stuff though!
