It was mentioned in this thread New Acorn Tile Levelling System that I was going to try this system after having an unsuccessful trial with the lash clips, so I now have a starter kit and some 1200x200 planks to do tomorrow. I'll let you know how I get on.

U can tell me if it's worth getting my new starter kit from the bottom of the shed Bri, I picked it up off of Kwik Split from Stone Show for £40! :)
Marrazi are generally pretty good tiles anyway mate.
Are they textured @Bri?

I did find Bri when using the raimondi that tightening the clip that some tiles slightly pushed out but just used the rubber mallet to tap them back in.

Just worth keeping your eyes open just in case.

Slight texture, I've not had them out of the box yet, they do look very flat though. That kit came free with a pedalo that I've been threatening to buy for ages, also from kwiksplit, won't get to use it for a couple of weeks yet

Two small floors to do in them (3m and 5m), so ideal sizes for trying out the levelling system. The base plates look much better than the lash kit, they're flat for starters!

I used the Genesis one with the flat bottom and bought them locally, then ordered some from Protilertools and got the curved ones...

Where do you get the flat ones from?
Lash works well, I've got used to them over time. But you have to use quite a thick bed. If they were flat they'd be very useful!

I think that was an issue with the lash, the curved bases. The lack of a tightening tool was the biggest issue though, I'm sure I could have modified something to work, maybe the raimondi pliers will work with a bit of fettling.

They do sting your fingers after a while. They're made easier if you wiggle the LASH at the same time of slidding the wedge in.

I'll have to use them up somehow, £20 that kit cost me! It can't go to waste!

CTD?
They had an offer on 100 of each for £15+ and another 100 lashes for free. Which is a bargain if you have a use for them.
