Just wondering if any of you guys use a quote sheet with all the fancy logo and stuff on it and if so what else can you put on a a4 paper to make it stand out when you give it to a customer

Always use headed paper but stopped using itemised sheets because I didn't get any work from the customers I did it for. I began to wonder if they were showing it to other tilers and they could pull it to bits by saying 'I can get adhesive cheaper than that ' etc
Try to cover yourself 'inside out' on your quote though, unforeseen dodgy walls especially!

itemised sheets ? What do you mean
I mean I used to tell the customer how the bill was made up, price per sq mtr, adhesive per bag, tile trims etc. If I charged retail prices I thought other tilers could come in and say 'I can get that for trade'.

as from now im only going to be giving written quotations to customers with terms and conditions attached(supplied by a kind tiler on here) i looked at the headed paper but it just seems like another expense to be honest or do you think the proffesional touch it brings delivers more work?

im just trying to design my letterheaded paper but dont know what to include in it .

Any ideas ?

if i was going to do it i suppose id just do my comany name and logo,,also address ,,town, home number and mobile number and web address,,just keep it simple but effective?
