I'll stay out of pricing as I don't tile now. But that looks like a lovely job!

What were you thinking of going in at for it?

Not to sure yet on exact figures I'd estimate each room 2 days start to finish smaller utility floor half day £1500- £1800 all in!??tiles being used upstairs downstairs utility are the plank tiles kitchen is 400x400 then walls just standard ceramic brick bond sub tiles
