Plasterer learning to tile

Hi i made a post im the dit section but i dont think anybody reads there so if mods could delete that please. Basically im doing a plastering course at college which i really enjoy. Im thinking way ahead but when im out on my own how do alot of spreads learn to tile as it seems very popular with plasterers thank you.

Mite i add im a level 1 student and really enjoy plastering would just love the add of tiling to. Thansm

Also my local college does 1 evening a week for 3 month courses but surly thats not enough time to learn a trade. If i find a plastering apprenshhip fantastic. Any ideas ifhe doesnt. Im not dissing plastering any any way as i enjoy in it just the to trade go hand in hand.

Stick to 1 trade and master that.

I'd agree with the above - stick to learning one trade properly.

As a relatively new tiler, I can 1,000,000% confirm, its not as easy as people make out!

who ever is telling you this is pulling your leg as most of you given the choice would rather eat there own balls than try to tile on what they left behind. thats why most tilers spend so much time putting right what you left behind and the adhesive guys love you lott

Well,so,nobody here skims a wall before tiling or boards which is basicaly the plasters job. I heard tiling used to be part od the plasters job im not looking to offend anybody juat looking advice.
