Plaster-board on wrong way - Tile Advice

Removing some tiles in an en-suite ready to do some tiling next week, and on one particular wall,the plaster has come away with the tiles, on closer inspection, one plasterboard has been put on the wrong way round so the plaster skim has not stuck to the plasterboard as it should?
Will tile adhesive have problems too, or be ok when primer used?

It use to be common practice to skim the back of plasterboard (gyproc even advised to do it that way, until they changed their mind)

How cleanly did the plaster come off the board? has it damaged the plasterboard underneath?

If it came of cleanly then I would suggest that the stated loads for skimmed walls would be drastically reduced as it has not bonded well.

I'd replace the wall if you're unsure
