Hi guys, I sort of know how to tile a floor as I have done it at home once and turned out beautifully.
However my recent problem is knowing how to part tile and part carpet a floor.
What I want is two thirds of the floor tiled and the remainder carpeted however the border between carpet and tiles is not to be straight but in a bespoke curve.
So i want a wavy joint between the two.
Likewise my question is, how would I do this. Would I have to draw out the curv on the floor and cut the end tiles one by one or do i lay the tiles out roughly bleeding the line and somehow cutting them whilst solid on the floor.
Dont know if have made myself clear but do let me know guys iof you understand what Im saying otherwise I shall have to upload an illustration.
cheers
