Hi all,

Quick question I'm doing a bathroom at the mo 2 walls I'm reboarding but 2 are paramount boards which are a bit ripped and also has old adhesive on which is going to wreck the boards getting it off.
Best the best way to deal with this I. Was thinking of skimming over then tiling on that.

Thanks

Why not overboard and use some dry wall adhesive, depending the tiles your fixing

i did think of that but thought be better if i just skimmed it, less weight on the crappy wall

Not done it yet by the way,

Gonna be 300x300 ceramic tiles

I'd overboard, depending how thick your ceramics tiles are the plasterboard will take the weight
