not sure how to work this one

hey all, just wondering how everyone else would price this, its caught me out a little bit, its picking up where someone left off a few years ago.
what needs doing is:
Tile window reveal
4 cuts around the cistern
tile sink surround 2m2 (sink sits separately in an alcove)
rake out 5.5m2 (330x250 tiles )
re - grout and seal.

normally wouldn't touch this but its for a mates mothers mother who has trust issues.

Doesn't sound like a very nice job! If it was someone I knew I would give them a good day rate and tell them roughly how long it would take. Good luck
