New Weber grout !

I was however very impressed with Weber getting in touch with me regarding this matter.

Something must be wrong.. i have used it 3 times now and set no probs..

Indeed ...just my luck to get the bad bag.....although I do have 2 5 kg bags so I could test the other bag too !....no time tonight though...off to see my son collect his exam results.

I've used around 30 bags now with no issue. The only thing they could improve is the setting time to get close to Mapei, but I'm more than happy with it!

Just an update, 2nd bag I had was ok. Still longer setting time than I am used to but set hard and good consistent colour.

Glad that you got it sorted neale, i have been using weber grout for about 6 weeks now in all different colours with no problems, I do however find that the matching Silicon to be extremely thin and rather messy.

I spoke to the guys up at the Hampden trade show & they told me that the weber Silicon was getting made by Dow Corning.
I havent used it yet but i thought it would be a good 1 as DC were making it.

have you tried or can you get hold of kerakoll grouts they have a good range all flexible and nice to use.
