i layed my starlight quartz tiles this summer . i originally posted a thread 4 months ago asking for help as my newly laid tiles had smears/greasrey marks on them that wouldnt go away . sadly i got no help or replies.
so i hope at least someone could kindly offer a bit of help now to getting my tiles super shiny !
they look lovely when they are damp after i clean them but once dry they look dull in comparison . if i use lpg sealer , will this give me the shiny look i want and if yes do i need to do anything to the tiles before the lpg sealer is applied .

I dont use LTP do can't really comment.
Were they sealed at all yet?
Is there UFH under them?

yes sorry its LTP not LPG . they have never been sealed as tile hq said they didnt need sealing and i have no UFH either .

I know a shop who sells sealers to put on them, any I have fitted haven't been sealed and hopefully they're still good.
Iv seen grouts staining these before too, another fact is quality.
There are companies selling cheaper versions and there is some problems about.

You do not seal quartz..

What are you cleaning them with.?
just a very diluted flash once a week ..... i just love the way the tiles glisten when they are damp and thats the look i would love to acheive if at all possible

Try LTP wash wax. But they might need cleaning to remove detergent residue. LTP grimex.

I've recently fixed the black starlight quartz £90m2 and they didn't require sealing and they look exactly the same as when they were fixed, and these are outside. As Hillhead says there are varying degrees of quality with this particular tile
