Hi, what you guys charge per metre for 1200*900*15mm, 120square metres. good substrates good runs nothing to tricky

normally about £35m2 but would consider a bit lower as it sounds like a good earner,depends how much you need the job really but it would be good for photo opportunities for portfolio/websites etc

would that price include addy, grout and sealer?.
It sure would be a good earner so i see your point of going a bit cheaper.

up here that price would inc materials but i wouldn't thinks so down your direction from what some of the guys have posted previously,just work out how long it will take and what you will make from it,if at £35m2 inc mats then the price will be £4200 take away your costs,say £1000 and it takesfor example 14days then your still making £1k a week on a 5 day working week,if it was me i would work right through till the jobwas done! if you have the house to yourself then extend your working day and make the money quicker

That sounds about right, think down here you can add addy and grout on so would prob go in @ £45m2 all in

£45 all in sounds like a good price to me, have you got a free run, open spaces / not too many awkward cuts, what about cutting, close enough as to not make it a mission to do any ?

Yes is all straight runs nice and open, a small toilet cupboard but nothing else to major.
would dry cut just outside not far at all.
