To be honest, I can’t see it not working, it fits about half way down a plasterers bucket, so silt will settle below it, and those bristles are so incredibly stiff, they must clean the paddle.Lets know how you get on with the paddle clean . Be interesting to see if that works .

Well it won’t fit in a builders black bucket and plasterers buckets are the only other bucket I use, so as to what else it’ll fit in I do not know.Not that its a great problem , but it has to marry up with a plasterers bucket then ?
