This is my first post, did my training at nett, Daz is the man!

Need help pricing my second ever job as it is quite tricky.

Hall is 8.6m2
Hall needs laminate floor stripped and 6mm ply underneath stripped.
Floor is then to be plyed out and tiled with ceramic.

Bathroom is 3m2
Cork tiles to be removed. Floor to be plyed out.
Underfloor heating to be fitted and tiled with ceramic.

Tiles behind shower to be re-grouted and shower and bath re siliconed.

Front entrance is 1.12m2
Porcelain tiles to be removed
Re tile with new porcelain tiles.

Any help is appreciated

Cheers🙂

Hiya Rosco, Good luck.

I would price up full day (£150) to remove laminate, ply and cork (get a floor scraper - Wickes) and reboard with 18 mm ply, screwed, both bathrooms.
1 day (£150) to tile hall, 1 day (£150) to lay ufh (£100 or pass to electrician if your not to sure) and tile.
How much regrouting, (nightmare - I would personally pass). If your pretty fit could charge £10 per linear metre.
Another full day (£150) to remove and retile hall.
Total £700 + regrouting + materials inc UFH.

Hope this helps.
