hello everyone, just new and looking for as much help and info as possible. 38 years OLD and am looking for a complete career change (previously involved in IT). Currently investigating the various training options / packages but the fact that i live in central scotland makes the choice of training difficult and costly as it would mean travel and accomodation costs on top of training costs so need to be certain of the course i chose. Can anyone offer any advice ?

I'm new to professional tiling and live in Scotland. I travelled down to South Shields to North East Tiling Trainings 4 day tiling course and 1 day stone course. I found the whole week hugely informative and enjoyable. Darren Yorke (trainer) method of teaching is easily understood and there is just the right balance of both theoretical and practical tuition. I would say the cost for the course, accommodation and travelling down from scotland was about £850. This is a modest investment when you think of the potential earnings from professional tiling. 😉
