Haven't tiled for many years

Hi,
I'm a retired electrician and plumber and the bathroom needs tiling - I did some tiling a long time ago, but it all seems more complicated these days - unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget and will have to do it myself, so I'm going through the forum for information. Hopefully, all my question have been answered - if I dig deep enough!
