I have been tiling for many years and some times just know what is going to happen when I hear those few words.
It has happened just the other day, half way through tiling floor to ceiling my customer has his mate around and of course
he casts doubts in the customers mind that has the wall been prepareed correctly, one tile is slightlty out behind the toilet cistern
and is that gorut line 2 mm to big just there.
I do wish they would wait until the end result which looked great.
Do others have this problem?

Never had this sort of thing happen to me, but i'v seen some funnily prepared surface, the last job i went too had the plaster board on back to front, i mean how can a plasterer get that wrong.

Whys this tile lower than the tiles next to it...because your standing on it and it's just been laid:mad2:
