Guys sorry to bring this thread back from the depths of time but we now have 3 of these tiles with hairline cracks and one tile cracked upstairs due to nearby tiles that had to be removed. (water was coming through the grout... long story)

Anyway, we have detailed our concerns to the builder and he has agreed for us to find someone who is able to repair those tiles.

Is there anyone here in the Hertfordshire are that is skilled at this sort of thing and willing to make the journey and repair properly? We are in Elstree.
