I have some Unibond flexible floor adhesive and grout (suitable for wooden floors) left over from my bathroom. I'm wondering if I can use this to grout another job i've just done? I've laid porcelain floor tiles onto a concrete base, I used the Mapei keraquick with the latex additive as tile adhesive. My question is do I need a specific type of grout or will the readymix Unibond stuff do? (Sanded)

Thanks Stu

Not a fan of ready mixed grouts/adhesives so, not for me. Don't risk ruining the job by using an inferior product.

What would you recommend? Is there a specific type of grout that should be used with porcelain? I was looking at the Mapei kerapoxy epoxy grout... would this be suitable? Thanks

I don't think an epoxy is necessary, unless it's an operating room or professional kitchen etc. I'd suggest something such as BAL Micromax or Mapei ultra colour plus.
