Grout going dark

Hi every one, tiled a bathroom about three weeks ago and grouted with a bal superflex ivory grout. I got a phone call from the customer saying it is going dark in places, so i will be going to have a look tomorrow. Any ideas why this is, and what course of action to be taken if any. Most appriciated.

That was my first thought. Another reason might be something to do with the substrate?

my first thought also being wet, did you use grey adhesive?

All cement based grouts go darker in colour when wet, is that what is happening?

was tiles wet or damp when u fixed them on,if so you need 2 dig grout out

Not sure if you have popped back on to see these replies.. Did you use a tubbed adhesive, if this is si, then it might not have been dry and it is moisture leaching through the joints from the adhesive..
