Is there such a thing as a grout applicator? I have ceramic tiles that have a matt finish and don't really want to apply grout in the usual manner for fear of getting grout on the surface of the tile. Can you buy applicators for applying grout specifically to the gaps between the tiles?

I "invented" one of these a few years ago when I was doing some repointing outside my house. I took an acrylic decorators filler tube, squeezed it through, pulled out the plunger and washed it out thoroughly making a right mess in the kitchen sink to my wifes serious displeasure, filled it with plasticied mortar (took 2 or 3 goes to get this right) and then used my filler gun to point up the walls. Took me the best part of a Saturday to do all this. On the Monday I was in the middle of pointing up the walls and next doors plasterer turned up and said I could have got one for about £6.00 from Screwfix. ..:mad2:

Don't get a blockage in the nozzel and try to squeeze to heavily, it leaks every, mines in cold storage never to used again:incazzato:

Use a temp sealer on the face of the tiles...if you are worried..

Which tiles are they to have you worried about grouting them.?
