Discuss Silicon or grout for bumpy profile. in the UK Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

Been advised to move this post to the uk forum, didn’t realise it was in the USA forum

Would anybody have any advice the best way to Silicon these bumpy tiles or should I grout because of the bumpy form? . I think doing a bead profile would be really messy as the Silicon bead would be up and down up and down. Was thinking running a bead of Silicon along and using flat edge of profiling tool to make Silicon flush with the edge of the skirting tile or filling the gaps with grout but would this not crack over time or would the Silicon eventually crack if I’d be filling it flush with skirting, stuck what’s best to do. Any advice would be great 😊 thanks IMG_0654.jpeg IMG_0678.jpeg
