Can anyone recommend a decent 600mm manual tile cutter for a good price? Value for money is the important this, maybe around the £50 mark?

Cheers

I just had a screwfix special offer brochure in and it had the a QEP CLINKER heavy duty cutter for £70 from 109.99. I am sure Bubblecraft has one and says they are really good. Not had one myself but its seems a bargain.

Yes they are quite good but never tested in anything heavy! Don't think you will get a better cutter for that price

I think Bri and Bubblecraft where having some dialogue on this. Look up a thread called clinker cutter.

Thanks all, I've done some poking around on Google and can't find anyone with a bad word to say about that cutter. I think it's the one for me.

It is a great cutter. It's my main flat bed cutter & never had any problems with it. Will cut all ceramics & porcelains & a few natural stones. Granites, conglomerate marbles & slates do snap ok with a good wheel but have a very slight kick at the end but can be tidied up with a wet saw or grinder.

It's a bargain at that price. I might even get another before the end of the tax year lol
